Know what comes in, what goes out and when
The company's bills with instalments, due dates and one-click settlement. The bank statement comes in, the agent matches lines to bills and you confirm the suggestions at once. The next 90 days of cash already include payroll tax slips and the accountant's tax.
It records and reconciles money. It does not issue bank slips or invoices.
Finance that lives in a spreadsheet
It was due and nobody saw. The bill was in the spreadsheet, the spreadsheet was closed, and the interest arrived before the alert.
The statement is checked by hand. Line by line, every month, figuring out which payment is which. And the cents difference is left for later.
Next month's cash is a guess. What payroll will cost, what the accountant will charge in tax and what customers owe sit in three places.
The accountant asks for everything again. Receipts, statement, list of payments. The same data, typed twice, by two people.
Matches the statement to the bills and shows what is left
The agent does not invent entries. It reads the statement, checks that the sum matches the balances the bank declared, looks for the bill that fits in direction, amount, due date and counterparty, and suggests the settlement. A tie does not decide: it goes to you.
Statement checked before it enters
OFX or PDF. Nothing is saved until the sum of the lines closes with the opening and closing balances. Importing half a statement would create wrong settlements.
Suggested settlements, confirmed in bulk
Lines matched to a bill arrive as suggestions. Confirm suggested settles them all at once; what did not match stays in the queue with the reason.
Counterparty memory
The alias the bank uses for a supplier becomes memory. Next month, the same line arrives already matched.
Suggested category
A new bill from a known counterparty inherits the category of the last one. You only fill in what is empty.
The next 90 days, day by day
Realised, projected and what fell due before the window. Obligations from other modules come in on their own, and every source declares itself, even when empty.
Cash flow is not a parallel spreadsheet: it is derived from the bills, settlements and projections that already exist on the platform. If the month's payroll was approved, its tax slips are already on the chart.
Where each line comes from
Bills to pay and receive
Open instalments by balance, with due date. Repeat every month creates the following months' bills on its own.
Payroll tax slips
FGTS, INSS and IRRF computed on the approved payroll come in as projected obligations, with due dates.
The accountant's tax
With the firm connected, the Simples Nacional tax slip arrives as a read-only bill to pay, with the barcode when available.
Position per bank account
The balance declared on the last imported statement, per account, and the accumulated change from there.
In account today is the balance the bank declared on the last statement, not this instant's balance. The platform tells you what it knows and where it knows it from.
What is inside
Three screens, and Tali for the rest.
Summary
Account balance, what is due, what needs you today and the chart of the next 90 days.
Bills
Everything to pay and receive, with instalments, recurrence and settlement on the row itself: Paid, Received.
Bank
Drag the statement in, check it by balance and confirm the settlements the agent already matched.
Bookkeeping
Bills and settlements become accounting entries by category rule, checked against the source.
My accountant
Connect the firm, choose what it sees and receive the tax slip straight here.
Tali in finance
"What do I have to pay this week?", "How much is in the account today?", "Which bills are overdue?"
Who it is for
- Service companies with recurring bills: Rent, suppliers, payroll and tax every month, and a statement that has to balance.
- Companies already running payroll on TAI: Tax slips computed in payroll already show up in projected cash. One source, two modules.
- Companies with an external accountant: The connected firm sends the tax slip and reads what you authorised, with no spreadsheets going back and forth.
Questions about the finance agent
Does it issue bank slips or invoices?
Does it connect directly to the bank?
What if the statement does not balance?
I cancelled a bill. Does it disappear?
Does it replace the ERP?
Bring a statement and watch the settlements match on screen
In 30 minutes, with a real OFX file, you see the agent check the balance, suggest the settlements and build the cash for the coming months.
