From onboarding to eSocial, without leaving the system
A person is onboarded once and already exists for the time clock, payroll and the government. The clock computes itself every day, payroll closes in six steps with tax slips and payslips, eSocial receives the events and bookkeeping receives the batch. Every step says what is still waiting for your decision.
Built for Brazilian labour law: eSocial, Ordinance 671, annual income statement.
The HR admin month across four systems
Records in triplicate. The same person in HR, in the time clock and in payroll, with three versions of the salary and the role.
The clock arrives as a spreadsheet. Export, check punch by punch, type the hours into payroll. The error goes into payroll and comes out on the payslip.
Payroll does not say what is missing. Unapproved variable, person without a rule, tax slip without settlement. Nobody knows where the month got stuck until payday.
eSocial is another world. Event rejected with a code, without saying which field. Retransmit by hand, and hope.
Opens, calculates, generates and shows. Approving stays with you.
Tali does what the screen does, with the permissions of whoever asks. It opens the month's payroll, calculates, brings the summary as a card, generates the payslip as PDF, records a clock punch, points out what blocks the closing. Approving, paying and transmitting ask for your gesture, with a preview on screen.
Payroll in conversation
"Open September payroll and calculate it." The payroll is created, the calculation runs and the summary arrives with the totals for you to check and approve.
Files generated on the spot
Payslip as PDF, time sheet, annual income statement, the inspection files AFD and AEJ, bank remittance file.
Optional monthly automations
Payroll calculated on its own on the set day, tax slips computed on approval, eSocial generated on payment, scheduled bookkeeping. Each one generates; none approves.
Termination assistant
One request opens the termination, creates the termination payroll and calculates it. Failed halfway? The termination stays in the queue, nothing is lost.
A person enters once, and everything else relies on that
Onboarding, time clock, payroll, eSocial and bookkeeping use the same record, the same structure and the same trail. Nothing is exported between them.
The job opening already carries company, department, cost centre and role. Onboarding opens pre-filled, becomes an employee, and that employee exists for the time clock and payroll at the same instant.
From day one to the declared month
Digital onboarding
Invitation, documents uploaded by the candidate, signatures collected, record created. The position comes from the job opening.
Official time clock
Installable phone app, clock tablet with badge, face or ID and PIN. Automatic overnight computation, time bank, PDF time sheet, signed AFD and AEJ files.
Payroll in six steps
Approved variables, calculation, check, approval, tax slips computed, payment recorded. 13th salary, vacations, advances, supplementary and termination payrolls on the same track.
eSocial and bookkeeping
Table, employment and periodic events generated, transmitted and tracked one by one; a rejected event names the field. The accounting batch comes out of the approved payroll, with trial balance and income statement.
A closed month is what payroll consumes. A clock punch is never deleted: the correction is recorded separately and the original stays in the inspection file.
What is inside
For those who clock in, those who lead and those who close the month.
Onboarding
Invite, receive the documents, collect the signatures and create the employee, already in the job's position.
Time clock
Clock in, My time sheet, Team clock with pending items and approvals, Closing and the inspection files.
Month's payroll
The six-step track, People on payroll, Reports, Settings with First steps and the optional automations.
My payslips
Employees see the next expected payment, open the payslip with the calculation memory and issue the annual income statement on their own.
eSocial
Company and people readiness, event generation and transmission, event-by-event returns.
Accounting statements
Trial balance, income statement, ledger and journal derived from payroll and finance batches, with the period closing.
Who it is for
- Companies running their own payroll: A few dozen to a few hundred people, a lean HR admin team and a month that closes late every month.
- Companies with an external accountant: The connected firm reads what you authorised and receives the accounting batch, with no spreadsheets going back and forth.
- Operations with field time clocks: Tablet at reception, the employee's phone, kiosk on the construction site. Punch with a photo of the moment and a numbered receipt.
