2. Registration and Account

All content, features, and technology of the TAI platform are the exclusive property of T AI TECNOLOGIA LTDA (TAI). Reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works without prior authorization is prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
TAI is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, even if we have been warned about such damages.
6. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate a user’s access if these terms are violated. For customer companies, suspension and termination follow the contract, which guarantees the full return of the company’s data at the end.
7. Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with GDPR and other applicable legislation. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use periodically. We will notify you of significant changes through the platform or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. AI Assistant Integration
The platform can be accessed by third-party AI assistants (such as ChatGPT and Claude) that you connect to your account. The assistant acts on your behalf and with your permissions: you are responsible for the actions you authorize through it. Irreversible acts, such as approving, paying, transmitting, or deleting, can only be performed on the platform itself. Use of the assistant is also subject to the provider’s terms, and TAI is not responsible for content the assistant generates from the data it reads. The connection can be revoked at any time on the platform.
