Layer 3 · What is only yours

What no system sells you, we build inside

Every system covers what is the same in any company. The part that makes yours what it is usually falls to a spreadsheet, or to a software project that starts out disconnected from everything. Here it comes in as a module of the platform.

The conversation starts with a diagnosis, not with a quote

Recognize the problem

The two paths you already know, and what they cost

Leaving it in a spreadsheet. It works until the person who knows leaves, the file breaks, or an audit asks for a trail.

Having it built from outside. In Brazil, having a system built is usually quoted between R$ 40,000 and over R$ 500,000, taking 6 to 18 months for a multi-module system, with every integration charged separately.

And what nobody puts in the quote. A system built outside starts with no login, no employee records, no documents and no labour compliance. All of that is scope, and afterwards someone has to maintain it.

The third path. Building inside a platform that already has the base. What you pay for is what is specific to your business, not the foundation all over again.

AI you can audit

When the AI decides, it shows its work

In a specific module, AI almost always has to classify something with consequences: a tax code, an accounting category, a severity level. That is why it does not return only the answer. It says where the answer came from, how confident it is and why, and whatever does not add up comes separated for human review.

Where the answer came from

From history, from an official table, from the AI or from a manual decision. Always explicit.

Confidence level

High, medium, low or flagged for review, so you know where to look.

The reasoning

Why that classification, in words, not a bare number on screen.

Rules ahead of AI

Where a table or deterministic rule exists, it decides first. AI covers what is left.

How a module comes to life

From diagnosis to a module running in your account

The module is contained: it has its own screens, routes and rules, and it does not mix with the platform or with another client module. That is guaranteed by the architecture, not by good intentions.

At the same time, it reads the base: the employees are the same, documents go to the same document manager, permissions follow the same role structure. That is why it starts out integrated instead of becoming one more system to reconcile.

The path

1

Diagnosis of what is specific

In the demo, we separate what the platform already solves from what would need its own module. A lot falls into the first group.

2

Designed with the people who operate

The rules come from whoever does the work today, usually from the very spreadsheet that already exists.

3

The module enters your account

It shows up in the menu as one more module, visible only to your company.

4

It evolves as a product

Fixes and improvements follow the same cycle as the platform. It does not sit still waiting for someone to remember it.

Timeline and scope are sized case by case, during the diagnosis. We do not promise a timeline before understanding the rule.

Signs your case fits here

  • There is a critical spreadsheet: It has rules, history and consequences, and only one person knows how to handle it.
  • You have already priced development: And stopped at the cost, the timeline, or the question of who would maintain it afterwards.
  • The rule depends on in-house knowledge: The knowledge lives in the operation, not in a manual. That is exactly what can become a process.
  • Someone external has to take part: An auditor, client or supplier who needs to see or answer something, without becoming a system user.

Questions about specialised modules

Is this a software house?
No. We do not sell standalone projects. The module lives inside the platform, uses its base and evolves with it. That is the difference between getting a new system to maintain and getting a module in the system you already use.
How much does it cost and how long does it take?
It depends on what the rule requires, and that is sized during the diagnosis, before any commitment. What can be said upfront is what you do not pay for: login, employee records, documents, permissions and compliance already exist.
Is the module exclusive to me?
Yes. It is enabled for your company and its code is isolated from the rest: one client module cannot see another.
What if my rule changes?
Rules change, which is why much of what gets built stays configurable (tables, rules, criteria) instead of hard-coded. Whatever is a parameter, you adjust yourself.

Bring the spreadsheet nobody has managed to replace

The diagnosis is free and takes 30 minutes. You leave knowing what already exists, what would need building, and what is not worth it.
