Layer 1 · What already runs

Your whole operation on a single base

Process, people, documents, working hours and assets in the same system, with a single set of records and a single audit trail. It is the ground that makes the other two layers work.

Recognize the problem

The cost of running six systems that never talk

Records in triplicate. The same person exists in HR, in the time clock and in a manager spreadsheet, with three versions of the truth.

Documents nobody can find. The contract is in a folder, the amendment is in an inbox and the signature is in another system.

Integration that becomes a project. Every vendor charges to talk to the next one, and the bill grows with the number of systems.

Nobody owns the whole. When something breaks between two systems, each vendor points at the other.

AI in the base

AI is not a separate module

TALI lives inside the modules you use, not in a chat tab. It builds a workflow from a sentence, classifies and routes what comes in, summarises what is stuck and writes the report. There are no AI credits to spend and no add-on to buy.

Workflow from a description

Write the process in plain language and TALI builds the steps, the fields and the deadlines.

Classification and routing

Whatever comes in is categorised and sent to the right queue, with nobody triaging by hand.

Summary of what is stuck

TALI reads the item history and says in one sentence where it is stuck and why.

Documents read, not just stored

Attachments go into the document manager and AI extracts what the process needs to move on.

How the modules connect

One set of records, and everything else leans on it

The platform is not a bundle of products sold together. It is a shared base: who the person is, where they sit in the structure, what they are allowed to do and which documents belong to them.

That is what lets a new module, including one specialised in your business, start out already knowing who is who, with nobody to re-register and no integration to pay for.

In practice

1

The person is added once

Onboarding creates the employee, and they already exist for working hours, documents, training and reviews.

2

The structure gives context

Department, role and manager define who approves what, with no rule duplicated per module.

3

Permissions are single-sourced

Access is per module and per feature, so enabling a new module does not open what it should not.

4

The trail follows along

Who did what is recorded in one place, and that is exactly what an audit asks for.

You only enable the modules you contracted. Whatever is not in the contract does not show up as an empty screen.

When this layer is enough on its own

  • A company that grew without process: Everything goes through the owner. The base takes approvals out of email and gives every step a deadline and an owner.
  • HR living in spreadsheets: Records, documents, holidays and training finally have one place, with an audit trail.
  • An operation facing an audit: A large client or a certifier asking for evidence: the base already records who did what and when.

Questions about the base

Do I have to buy everything?
No. Modules are enabled by contract: you turn on what you need now and add the rest later, without migrating data.
Does it replace my ERP?
That is not the intent. TAI handles the operation, the people and the processes; the ERP keeps doing its job. Where needed, the two talk to each other.
Can I start with a single module?
Yes, and that is the most common path. Starting with the process that hurts most is usually the shortest route to team adoption.
